      Whole wheat flour makes it easier to roll the dough.. you can skip whole wheat if you like

    Yes, I agree with the previous comments- the pan is much too deep. I don’t bake focaccia often (though I did last week) and it always comes out well. The pan needs to be shallower, larger, and made of metal.

    I made this on Sunday for a work colleague and she absolutely loved it! It was soooo tasty. Your instructions from your website were fairly easy to follow in conjunction with the video. Only difference I found was that the cakes only took 20 mins to bake, not 35-45 mins. I had them in 3 separate cake tins and rotated them at 10 min intervals and found at the 2nd interval they were done. Tasted AH-MAZE-ING!!!

      No.. you may try.. but I always have a fear of glass breaking in the oven so I do not use it. you can also use wooden rolling pin. just might have to rotate it mid way around

      Use about 2 tsp active dry yeast and make sure to activate it in milk before proceeding with the recipe
